Fix testing to use the configure bootstrap playbook
This is to avoid failing validations, when some variables aren't needed
to be configured beforehand to run the bootstrapping of a distro install
The bootstrapping process, set up user, network, ssh and password policy
and all the other configurations roles doesn't need to be validated or
ran in the bootstrapping phase
